A growing business that is recognised as one of the oldest and most trusted online car leasing companies in the UK is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team in Stoke-on-Trent. Along with a salary of up to £25,000 per annum, you will also receive a full uniform, free gym membership and fully expensed external events. As Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
  • Requesting proofs from customers
  • Producing and issuing finance contracts
  • Resolving challenges
  • Guiding customers through their document journey
  • Using multiple systems
  • Answering the telephone
  • Looking after in life queries
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor with:
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, database management and CRM’s)
  • Willingness to be on the phone, speaking to customers/suppliers and dealing with challenging conversations
The ideal person will be happy on the phone, be personable and customer focused, with the ability to deal with challenging conversations on occasion, delivering difficult news and resolving issues.  You will be progressing lease vehicles through the sales process, therefore attention to detail is of paramount importance. You will be working Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:30, with 1-hour for lunch. If you want to join a progressive, fast paced company with strong values then we would love to hear from you.
