As Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Requesting proofs from customers
- Producing and issuing finance contracts
- Resolving challenges
- Guiding customers through their document journey
- Using multiple systems
- Answering the telephone
- Looking after in life queries
- A driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, database management and CRMs)
- Willingness to be on the phone, speaking to customers/suppliers and dealing with challenging conversations
You will be working Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:30, with 1-hour for lunch.
