Role OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team and efficiently manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer requests in a local branch, including new accounts, pricing, orders, and queries.
- Process manual and credit notes, following established procedures.
- Take payments from customers and reconcile banking for gas and equipment.
- Calculate commission payments to agents and manage cylinder holdings.
- Generate Proforma invoices using templates as needed.
- Provide rapid resolutions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems.
- Identify sales opportunities and refer them to the sales team.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and agents to understand their needs.
- Offer proactive service and outbound contact to select customers.
- Manage work within KPI/target framework to optimize customer experience.
- Process cash and card payments securely and responsibly.
- Inform regular customers about new products, services, and pricing.
- Resolve customer complaints related to products or services.
- Advise customers on merchandise selection and answer inquiries.
- Assist in accurate and timely stock counts.
