About the RoleWe are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic team, providing first-class support to customers while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Assist customers in a local branch with new accounts, pricing, orders, and general queries.
  • Transactions & Payments: Process payments, reconcile banking transactions, and manage credit notes in line with company policies.
  • Account Management: Calculate commission payments, track cylinder holdings, and generate Proforma invoices.
  • Problem Resolution: Provide swift and effective solutions to customer inquiries, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Sales & Relationship Management: Identify sales opportunities and refer them to the sales team while building strong, long-term relationships with customers and agents.
  • Stock & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products, services, and systems, assisting with stock counts and keeping customers informed about new offerings.
  • Compliance & KPIs: Work within performance targets to deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling transactions securely.
