Job Title:Early Career Teacher Location:Stoke, Staffordshire Start Date:January 2025Job Type:Temporary, Full-Time/Part-Time
About Us: Hays Education works with numerous schools across Staffordshire, providing recruitment and supply services. We assist schools with short-term cover, long-term positions, and permanent vacancies in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups.
- Follow lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support student learning and school initiatives.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching across different key stages is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
