About Us: Hays Education works with numerous schools across Staffordshire, providing recruitment and supply services. We assist schools with short-term cover, long-term positions, and permanent vacancies in EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects and year groups.
  • Follow lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to support student learning and school initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching across different key stages is preferred.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom settings.
