  • Provide support to students with complex behaviours and SEMH needs.
  • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored educational programs and interventions.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to support students in managing their behaviour.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
  • Support students in developing their social skills and emotional regulations.
  • Help with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching staff.
