This role offers an excellent opportunity to support students with complex behaviours and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, making a meaningful impact on their educational journey.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with complex behaviours and SEMH needs.
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored educational programs and interventions.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to support students in managing their behaviour.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Support students in developing their social skills and emotional regulations.
- Help with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching staff.
