The home provides around the clock care for residents living with Dementia / Alzheimer’s and variety of other General Elderly care needs.Key skills, duties and responsibilities
  • A proactive, analytical, and creative leader, who can positively influence their team.
  •  Hiring and building a dedicated and committed team.
  •  In-depth knowledge of dementia care.
  •  Strong working history driving occupancy / Improving fees.
  •  Building a strong rapport with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals.
  •  Embedding the highest standards of care
Education and qualification
  • Preferably NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience - Desirable but not essential 
  • Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management
