Applications & Training Engineer– Power Systems

Your Role:
- Support international customers with inquiries about products and applications through various communication channels.
- Assist customers in the practical application and integration of test equipment.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to share knowledge and experiences.
- Act as the internal voice of customers, understanding their needs and advocating for their concerns.
- Carry out diagnostics and condition assessments using a full range of testing equipment.
- Conduct product training and on-site measurements at customer locations.
- Represent the company at conferences and trade fairs (travel time approx. 25%).
- Document and analyse customer and market requirements to help improve products.
What We're Looking For:
- Education in electrical engineering or a related field; experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and solve customer issues.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across disciplines.
- Enthusiastic about learning and sharing knowledge.
