We are seeking a CAD / Electrical Project Engineer for a reputable electrical manufacturer with a strong team support system.
The role offers a salary of up to £35,000 per annum and requires experience in an electrical engineering role.
Ideal candidates will have skills in cable assembly, wire harnessing, and CAD software such as Solid Works, AutoCAD, or Catia.
The position includes benefits like 25 days of annual leave, early finishes on Fridays, and a comprehensive health plan.

What you’ll do:As a CAD / Electrical Project Engineer, you’ll support engineering projects from product design to complex assemblies, creating CAD models, detailed schematics, and layouts, as well as prototypes.You'll play a key role in product development for new and existing products, end-testing to ensure quality, and supporting the engineering team with quotations, production processes, and fault-finding to meet project requirements and business demands.You'll have the support of a highly skilled and experienced team across multiple departments, contributing to continuous development and innovation while having access to a wealth of expertise whenever needed.What you’ll need:

Experience in an electrical engineering role
Experience in cable assembly, wire harnessing and electro-mechanical assembly
Knowledge of CAD software such as Solid Works, AutoCAD & Catia
UK driving licence and flexibility for occasional travel

What you’ll get:

Up to 35,000 per annum
33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 12:30 finish
