Are you a skilled and detail-oriented Panel Builder / Panel Wirer looking for a challenging and rewarding career? We're seeking a talented individual to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of excellence.
Key Responsibilities for the panel builder / panel wirer:
- Assemble and wire control panels according to wiring diagrams.
- Select and mount electrical components.
- Test and quality-check completed panels.
- Troubleshoot electrical and manufacturing issues.
- Program PLCs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Participate in team discussions to improve quality and standards.
As the Panel Wirer we would like you to have:
- GCSE or equivalent in English, Maths, and Science.
- BTEC or NVQ in an Engineering discipline.
- Experience in electrical panel assembly.
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures.
