Within the position of Workplace coordinator, your role is to support the office, proactively anticipating the needs of end users, stakeholders, contractors and visitors at all stages of the touchpoint journey in creating a placemaking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create strong relationships with key stakeholders including ISS end users, subcontractors, ISS UK Property team and the landlord.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with subcontractors
  • Proactively identify areas to improve the workplace aesthetics
  • Ad hoc project support including space planning, moves and utilities arrangement
  • Proactively communicate with the onsite ISS Workplace team and offsite engineering teams, promoting a one team ethos and approach
  • To ensure that all facilities services are H & S compliant & all ISS procedures and standards are met
  • Undertake regular floor walks and proactively communicate, resolve and action any remedial tasks
  • To carry out other duties or responsibilities that may, from time to time, be assigned by your manager
  • To show responsibility for Health and Safety, and that of others in the conduct of the job in line with ISS and Legal requirements
  • To support day to day troubleshooting and end user liaison
  • To maintain cleanliness throughout the office and to report any issues to the Management Team
  • To ensure the correct cleaning procedures, materials and equipment are maintained at all times.
  • To ensure the coffee station areas and stationery cupboards are restocked and kept clean and tidy.
  • Supporting curation of the workplace through initiatives and incentives to provide value back to the end users. Provide cover for the Site Lead and other duties as requested where reasonably required

Experience & Traits

  • Relevant corporate/hospitality/customer service experience
  • Ideally have experience working with systems (e.g. MS Office)
  • Experience of delivering integrated service lines
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Experience managing suppliers
  • Motivated, committed and flexible
  • Hands on approach to solving fabric maintenance
