Job Duties:- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing and adjusting doors, windows, and furniture.
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Painting and decorating various surfaces.
- Assist in the installation of fixtures and fittings.
- Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
Valid driver's licence.
Proven experience in a similar maintenance role.
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
Education:No specific educational requirements, but relevant vocational qualifications are desirable.
Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance and repair work.
Knowledge and Skills:- Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Health and Safety certification.
Experience working in a construction environment.
Working Conditions:Work may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands.
May be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.
Frequent travel to different job sites within the area may be necessary.
