Job Coach (2 Positions Available)

Salary: £24,291 per annum (Grade 2A)

Full-Time, 37 Hours Per Week, Term-Time Only, Fixed Term until June 2025 (1.0 FTE)

We are seeking to appoint 2 highly motivated Job Coaches to join our busy and professional team.

If youre passionate about supporting learners to achieve their ambitions this role could be for you!

Working at an employer location, within the retail sector of the local area, you will support learners in the workplace delivering workshops(such as CV writing, interview techniques, etc.) to support learners to develop and apply their employability skills and support them with real tasks, such as stock rotation, shelf staking, in the working environment.

You will have experience of supporting learners with special education needs and desirably qualifications in SEND, for example, Supporting Learners with Learning Difficulties and Disabilities, Autism Awareness. You will also hold Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths.
