Hybrid: 1 day working from home

Salary: £28,611 - £30,600 & excellent benefits

Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon - Fri, no evenings/weekends/bank holidays

Overview:

Working for a leading hospitality sector training provider, you will support hospitality professionals achieve qualifications at levels 2/3. You will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training to support your transition into the training sector.

A typical week:

  • Manage & support a caseload of learners
  • Deliver face to face & online coaching
  • Engage with internal & external stakeholders
  • Plan & deliver engaging training sessions

You'll need the following:

  • 3+ years Hospitality experience
  • Experience across both front & back of house
  • Interest or experience in teaching/training
  • Car driver
  • Level 2 in Hospitality (desirable)
