- Answering and managing incoming general inquiries from tenants, landlords, and contractors.
- Scheduling and accompanying viewings, as well as conducting property inspections.
- Addressing maintenance issues by coordinating with tradespeople.
- Ensuring property compliance and keeping safety certificates up to date.
- Notifying utility companies of tenant changes.
- Responding to email queries and providing necessary information to Senior Contract Managers for cost estimations.
- Preparing and submitting quotes on portals based on provided information, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Administering tender opportunities on a council portal for disabled modification works.
- Accurately recording all relevant information on the internal system and making sure/monitoring systems to ensure no quotes are overlooked or deadlines missed.
- A valid driving license.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Being highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing diverse responsibilities with precision.
- Offering a self-motivated and proactive attitude and are confident in using initiative when working independently.
- Being a team player, with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate.
- IT Proficiency (including MS Office).
- Hands on training support will be provided with ongoing support.
