Job Title: Production Operative

Our client is seeking Production Operatives to join their team on a temporary basis. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality products to their customers and are looking for individuals who share their passion for excellence.

- Full-time working pattern- Monday-Thursday 7:10AM-3:45PM and Friday 7:10AM-1:10PM

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out assembly tasks efficiently and accurately
- Set up, adjust and operate a series of semi- automatic machines
- Continuous manning of machine
- Following standardised processes to ensure product quality
- Inspecting products for any defects or issues
- Operating machinery and equipment as required
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Reporting any concerns or issues to the team leader
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is preferred but not essential
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
