We are searching for an ambitious Senior Finance Analyst to join their in house finance team.This is more than just number-crunching; you'll be at the heart of developing and maintaining financial models, enhancing reporting systems, and shaping business decisions. You'll collaborate with teams across Finance and beyond, offering crucial insights, streamlining processes, and supporting key strategic projects. If you're passionate about continuous improvement and enjoy working in a dynamic, hybrid work environment, this is your chance to shine.This role comes with an annual salary of up to £52,000.Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and improve financial models and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis, uncover trends, and recommend process improvements.
  • Deliver clear, impactful reports and presentations to guide decision-making.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
  • Drive financial system improvements and support strategic projects with data-backed analysis.

Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:

  • ACCA/CIMA qualified with a Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics degree - or strong commercial experience.
  • Proven track record in financial analysis, modelling, and handling large datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power BI knowledge is a plus!).
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to present complex data in a clear, persuasive way.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach - you're always looking for ways to improve processes.
