About the RoleGleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading brands on their search for a Senior FP&A Analyst. This dynamic role will provide you with the opportunity to work at the forefront of change in new markets and various areas of the business. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will analyse financial data and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders from different departments such as Revenue, Operations, and IT. Your insights and recommendations will drive growth in new territories and improve operational efficiency.

This role is eligible for our hybrid working-from-home policy, offering you the flexibility to work from home as part of a collaborative and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with various business units to guide the planning cycle for forecasting and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyse performance metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights.
  • Analyse business plans for new territories, conduct post-implementation reviews, and provide recommendations for future launches.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Create and deliver clear reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic projects by providing financial expertise and analysis.
  • Respond to ad-hoc analysis requests from various departments to aid decision-making.

Experience Required:

  • ACCA or CIMA qualified.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modelling, and interpreting large datasets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing tasks independently.
