Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: Up to £29,000 including car allowance
- Financial Guarantees: Up to £600 per month for the first 5 months

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000 - £70,000
- Commission Structure: 10% - 25% on all business banked

Main Duties:
As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, your primary duties will include:
- Managing 8 to 10 new mortgage leads per week, provided by the estate agency staff in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.
- Offering whole of market mortgage advice with access to hundreds of mortgage products.
- Providing a remortgage service to an established and loyal client base.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations while delivering top-notch client service.
- Advising on protection products from a panel of life companies, offering clients comprehensive coverage.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker is essential.
- Qualifications: Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
- Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of mortgage products and associated protection policies.
