Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing audit assignments from planning to completion.
  • Reviewing audit files and providing constructive feedback to junior staff.
  • Maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
  • Managing audit budgets and meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Supporting business development and identifying opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects
