Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality business and advisory services
- Overseeing the preparation of financial statements and management accounts
- Providing strategic advice to clients to support their business growth and compliance needs
- Leading and mentoring a team of junior and senior staff members
- Monitoring and improving internal processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
