Are you a client manager with general accounting practice experience, looking to develop your career and have the potential to grow in a practice who values training and development, report directly into senior management?

Do you want to oversee special projects, influence the service levels for clients, spend 3 days in office, lead, and mentor a small team while helping the business with its growth plans and targets, giving yourself the opportunity for progression?

In this role, you will lead, mentor a small team and be the main point of contact, ensuring delivery of compliance and advisory services for a large portfolio of clients across tax, audit and accounting queries, solving their issues promptly and professional, while being involved in how the business can improve its service offering.

This role would suit a client manager or senior accountant wanting to take the step into client management, who has experience in general practice, strong technical knowledge, and team management experience.

The Role:

  • Main point of contact and deliver compliance and advisory services for a variety of clients and industries.
  • Lead, train and mentor a small team to ensure delivery of high-quality work for clients
  • Monthly Management meeting to assist in improving operational processes

The Person:

  • ACA or ACCA Qualified
  • General accountancy practice and up to date technical accounting understanding
  • People Management and leadership experience
