My client, a very welcoming and growing worldwide manufacturer is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to compliment their existing team.
Reporting to the Senior Lead, the Finance Manager will manage a small team and will be responsible for producing high quality management and statutory financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
路 Lead the AP/AR team, (4 people) to ensure suppliers are paid according to terms and supplier statements reconciled
路 Oversee all treasury functions including cash allocation and bank reconciliations
路 Posting of journals to support high quality financial reporting
路 Completion of month end group reporting to overseas parent company
路 Assist in production of statutory accounts for all UK companies (including Audit work)
路 Support with the production of ONS and VAT reporting
路 Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
The Person:
- Qualified Accountant or QBE considered
- Prior experience of managing and working in a manufacturing organisation (desirable)
- Strong Excel skills
