This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing position, enjoys providing strategic tax advice, and is looking to take on leadership responsibilities within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of private clients, delivering high-quality tax advisory and compliance services
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, offering tailored tax planning solutions
  • Leading and mentoring a team, providing training and technical guidance
  • Reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of tax returns prepared by junior staff
  • Keeping up to date with tax legislation and advising clients accordingly
  • Working closely with Partners and Directors to drive business growth
Skills & Experience:
  • CTA/ACA/ATT qualification desirable
  • At least five years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of personal tax
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering tax planning advice
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
