A Qualified Senior Accountant position is available with an award-winning accountancy firm based in Stoke-On-Trent, offering a full-time, permanent role with a hybrid working arrangement.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in practice, be ACA or ACCA qualified, and possess strong people and client management skills.
This role involves overseeing a small team, managing a diverse client portfolio, and ensuring deadlines are met while exceeding client expectations.
The salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £50,000, depending on experience, along with a generous holiday allowance and flexible working hours.
Candidates must be tech-savvy with cloud-based packages and able to commute reasonably to the Stoke office.

Senior Accounts Manager Job Overview

Be the first port of call for a portfolio of diverse clients - predominantly OMB's
Client development with visits to their offices and networking events to onboard new clients
Oversee a small team of talented accounts juniors with your coaching and development skills and review their work to provide any adjustments
Ensure all deadlines are met within the team and clients expectations are exceeded

Senior Accounts Manager Job Requirements

ACA or ACCA qualified with excellent experience in a UK accounting firm
Have prior experience within a people and client management role
5 years + experience in practice
Strong experience with OMB's
Be tech confident with cloud based packages
Be a great leader - this is a people management role
Although this is a hybrid role, you will need to be within a reasonable commute of the Stoke office

Senior Accounts Manager Salary & Benefits

£40,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience
