Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded Public Sector organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. - The role will be responsible for leading a customer-focussed, value adding business partnering team
- Building influential relationships with key stakeholders across key service areas, at a strategic level
- Demonstrate understanding of a specialist area of expertise to these senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
- Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the organisation is able to deliver its strategic priorities
- Identifying and driving service improvements and efficiencies
The person;
- CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent
- Proven business partnering approach
- Experience within the Public Sector
