Salary Range: £60,000 - £85,000 plus Generous Bonus and company Benefits - Six Figure First year OTE

A lucrative opportunity awaits an experienced Financial Planner to join a well established firm of Chartered Financial Planners based in the Midlands.

Our client, a leading business in the area who have big plans and financial backing for growth in the coming years, are currently searching for an experienced Financial Planner to take over and develop an existing book of HNW clients with approximately £60M FUM. The role has arisen due to the upcoming retirement of a Senior Partner.

Why Apply:

  • Guaranteed Clients: With the majority of clients provided to you upon joining the business, predominantly across a 50 mile radius from Stoke-on-Trent, you'll have a head start in building a strong client portfolio.
  • Lucrative Bonus Structure: Bonus is calculated on total income generated from ongoing and new business, with a six-figure On-Target Earnings (OTE) achievable in years 1 and 2. The bonus structure is entirely uncapped, offering exceptional earning potential. Assuming the retention of existing clients, you will be able to earn a significant bonus from ongoing buisness alone.
  • Flexible Working: Enjoy the freedom to manage your own diary and work remotely as desired. While advisors have the autonomy to come and go from the office as they please, a supportive team environment is fostered, and initial in-office presence may be required to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding process.
  • Full Paraplanning & Administrative support: Allowing you to focus on client work

What's on Offer:

  • Competitive Compensation: Basic salary from £60,000 up to £85,000 plus a competitive and uncapped bonus structure, leading to a lucrative OTE.
  • Client Bank: Access to a substantial client bank with significant assets under management (£60M), facilitating both ongoing and new business opportunities.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary and bonus scheme, enjoy 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, a Private Medical Scheme, Fully matched pension of 5.0%, Death in Service (4 times basic salary), Paraplanning and Administration support, alongside other available benefits.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Qualifications: CII Level 4 Diploma qualification is essential. Ideally candidates will be Chartered or very close to achieving this
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years' experience in a Financial Planner role, with a proven track record of success in generating ongoing and new business
  • Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to quickly build strong relationships with high net worth clients.
  • Autonomy and Team Collaboration: While advisors have autonomy over their schedules, they should thrive in a team environment and be willing to collaborate closely with colleagues when necessary.
