We are looking for a dedicated IFA Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining provider information, processing new business, and ensuring compliance with our New Business Process. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage varied business types, including investments, pensions, protection, and sometimes mortgages

Day to Day of the role:
- Obtain and collate provider information and client-specific illustrations to assist advisers and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive reports.
- Run Risk Profiler results via FE Analytics and process new business following adviser handover.
- Ensure all compliance documents are on file prior to submission and submit to providers directly or electronically via platforms.
- Add plans and activities for tracking to completion, keeping the client informed of progress.
- Assist with research and produce FE Analytics fund switch reports, including charge schedules in line with adviser recommendations.
- Prepare valuation reports, supporting performance documentation for client reviews, and review checklists for adviser/client appointments.
- Prepare any required documentation, such as compliance or policy-specific forms, and issue half-yearly valuation reports to clients.
- Provide a Post Review Summary report to clients following adviser handover and complete withdrawal instructions as directed by advisers.
- Update back office systems to maintain accurate client data/records, liaise with clients, and assist with queries.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, handling post, franking, and answering phone calls.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in IFA Administration (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver quality service and maintain good customer communication and relationships.
