IFA ADMINISTRATOR

STOKE ON TRENT / HYBRID WORKING

SALARY UP TO £30,000

NJR Recruitment are currently working with a market leading & National Firm of Independent Financial Planners who have built up and maintained an excellent reputation. An exciting opportunity is now available for an IFA Administrator to join and work from their offices in Stoke on Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to a team of Financial Planners consist of;

" Report writing / preparing client financial planning reports and fund switch/review reports

" Complete research including performance/charges information/illustrations

" Complete relevant tax calculations i.e. CGT/IHT/Chargeable events

" Due Diligence and Central Research records maintained for business and kept up to date

" Some new business processing

" Valuations issued to clients

" Obtaining illustrations/research - using Exchange/Exweb, O&M

" Client liaison by phone and some face to face

" Preparing client files and reviews for advisers/appointments

" Review preparations including valuation reports

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator - with knowledge of Platform/Wrap use and back office systems. Those who are working towards the CII Diploma in Financial Planning or who has the desire to become qualified are of high interest. Our client is looking for a Self-motivated, career minded, enthusiastic and positive but meticulous individual, who is able to work as part of a team and have a flexible approach.
