Position: Senior Ocean Freight Operator
Location - Fully remote
Salary 30,000 + depending on experience
We are a leading end-to-end logistics solution provider and Freight Forwarding is a key part of this business. We are now seeking an experienced ocean freight operator to join a growing department, currently made up of a team of 7 working remotely.

We are interested in speaking with individuals who possess a strong background in dealing with deep sea export operations primarily dealing with FCL & LCL shipments. Experience managing key accounts is also an advantage.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all forwarding tasks for exports (FCL & LCL), starting from the initial enquiry, and preparation of documentation right through to raising invoices
- Dealing with report entries using various CPC's including, Home Use & CFSP in line with HMRC and Bonded warehouse approval.
- Liaise with, clients, shipping lines, 3rd parties and other forwarders alongside managing key relationships within the organisation
- Arranging import shipments from start to finish
- Customs Entries via CDS
- Invoicing upon final delivery
- Shipment status reports
- Investigating system discrepancies
- Liaising with clients, shipping lines and agents
- Key account management
