- Chasing customers for paperwork and proofs
- Processing incoming post, checking contracts, submitting to funders
- Chasing dealers and suppliers for information, due dates, registration and chassis numbers
- Progressing lease vehicles through the sales process
- Looking after existing customer queries.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
- Excellent organisational skills are required
- Strong IT skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office
- A full, UK driving licence

- Possess the ability to deal with challenging customer conversations on occasion, delivering difficult news to customers and resolving issues.
