Aspire People is recruiting for a Behaviour Mentor to join one of our client specialist through schools in Stoke, catering to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

Position: Behaviour Mentor
Location: Stoke
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

About the Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll work closely with pupils to support their learning journey, manage challenging behaviours, and positively correct behaviours as they arise. In this role, you'll play a vital part in helping students grow socially, emotionally, and mentally, providing guidance that empowers them to achieve their best.

Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with pupils
- Supporting students' learning and personal development
- Managing and addressing challenging behaviours constructively
