The Role:
As a Call Handler, you’ll handle calls to support customers with overdue payments, using your communication and negotiation skills to find fair solutions. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while delivering excellent customer service. Full training provided.
What You’ll Need:
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Resilience & ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivation & target focus
- GCSE Maths & English (A-C) or equivalent
- Up to 1 year’s experience in customer service, retail, or a contact centre preferred
