Who we are looking for

Our Graduate Scheme aims to identify and develop future Tax Managers, allowing you to quickly progress with hands on experience across specific areas of tax, ensuring you reach your full potential to succeed in your career here with us.

As part of our team you will be involved in a wide variety of tax matters, including compliance and advisory projects. You will gain experience of direct and indirect UK taxes. Due to the global responsibilities of the team, you will also have significant opportunity to gain experience in a range of overseas tax regimes.

You will receive dedicated mentoring and have excellent personal development opportunities. There is a study support package enabling you to progress through recognised tax qualifications.

Preferred skills and experience
  • 2:1 Honours degree or higher.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Genuine passion for tax, and a desire to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment.
  • An enquiring mind and strong problem solving skills, ready to take on the challenge of understanding complex tax issues.
  • Confidence, initiative and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work with, influence and build relationships with people across all functions and levels within the organisation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Embarking on a development programme that is designed to accelerate your knowledge and experience.
  • Involving yourself in a range of compliance and advisory projects across a variety of UK taxes.
  • Experiencing a wide range of global tax regimes and issues, supporting the Company as it expands globally.
  • Dealing with one or more mentors from our Senior Management team from day one of your programme.
  • Assisting with project work with opportunities to grow within the team.
