Our client is an established independent insolvency practice who is currently looking to recruit either an experienced SENIOR INSOLVENCY ADMINISTRATOR | INSOLVENCY CASE MANAGER or ASSISTANT INSOLVENCY MANAGER to be based at either their West Midlands or Staffordshire offices.
The successful candidate will report directly into the IP’s/Directors, be responsible for the management of a varied caseload of Corporate and Personal insolvency cases from onset to closure. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive, close-knit team, where your ideas and contributions are valued.
You will
- Manage your own casework and projects to strict timelines
- Undertake both pre & post appointment duties
- Manage, motivate, support and train junior members of staff
- Ensure cases are fully compliant
- Liaise with multiple external and internal teams including client Directors and Company Officers
- Investigation duties
- Supporting the Insolvency manager, director and accepting delegated departmental responsibilities
Key requirements
- Have at least 2-3 yrs experience of working within Corporate and Personal Insolvency
- CPI would be advantageous but not essential
- The ability to work with clients and build a good relationship
Salary
Our client is offering an excellent salary package of up to £35 - 40k PA plus benefits
Our client is also open to flexible working from both home and either their West Midlands or Staffordshire offices.
