Lecturer in Wood Trades (Carpentry and Joinery- Bench Specialist)

Salary: £30,427 - £42,136 per annum (Grade 3B 4B) (Pro Rata for Part Time).

Part Time / Full Time options available. Permanent.

Part Time, 16.65 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year (0.45FTE).Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year (1.0 FTE).

What You Bring:

  • A relevant level 3 or above qualification within carpentry along with recent experience in general building trades.
  • Level 2 qualifications (or equivalent) in Maths and English (grades A* - C) or a commitment to achieve these with the colleges support.
  • An Assessor qualification or willingness to work towards achieving it with our guidance.
  • Teaching qualifications (PTLLS, CTTLS, DTTLS) or a commitment to gaining them within 12 months, along with teaching experience.
