- Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and advisory services.
- Guide and mentor a high-performing team of tax professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure full compliance.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver outstanding client service.
- Monitor and report on tax strategy, risks, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- A professional qualification in tax or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax legislation and software.
- Proven leadership and client relationship management experience.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- A proactive, service-driven mindset.
