Resource ControllerStoke on Trent - ST1 Role and key responsibilities for Resource Controller: - Responding to business/management driven queries & requests
- Dealing with customer queries over the phone
- Accurately imputing data onto the system
- Checking availability of resources
- Ensuring all the deadlines are met
Minimum Requirements for Resource Controller: - Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work to high degree of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge within the repairs and maintenance sector would be advantageous
- Confidence with IT and computer systems
