Known for their exceptional product range and customer service, they are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to oversee a key territory. This role is essential for maintaining and expanding relationships with OEMs, fabrication companies, and the construction sector.
The company specializes in high-quality welding equipment and consumables, serving a diverse clientele that includes manufacturers and construction firms. Their commitment to excellence has solidified their position as a trusted partner in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in welding equipment and welding consumables sales, along with strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships. A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment is essential. Candidates should ideally be based within an hour of Stoke-on-Trent.
Salary/Package: Competitive salary of 45,000 - 50,000 basic, plus commission, a company car, and additional benefits.
