Job Description: New Homes Sales Progressor

Salary - £17,500 - £22,000 DOE

Job Type - Permanent, Full-Time

Working Hours - 09:00 - 17:30, Monday - Friday

Location - Stoke-On-Trent

Role Overview: As a New Homes Sales Progressor, you will be the key liaison between various stakeholders in the home buying process. Your role is to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction from start to finish, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Registration: Accurately register client details and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Proactively chase and communicate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
  • Document Management: Gather and verify all required documents, such as identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies, to complete the sale.
  • Process Management: Oversee the entire home buying process, ensuring successful and timely completion of transactions.

  • Experience: Proven track record in an administrative role, ideally with experience or knowledge in Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process.
  • Customer Service: A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
