This role is ideal for a CTA-qualified professional (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience who has a strong background in managing a diverse client portfolio.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, oversee tax compliance processes, and play a key role in the firm’s strategic growth.

• Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax compliance and advisory services
• Providing expert advice on corporate and personal tax matters, including tax planning and structuring
• Reviewing tax computations and returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Supporting and mentoring junior tax professionals, fostering their development
• Identifying opportunities to enhance client services and generate new business
• Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation and ensuring compliance across all areas
• Contributing to the firm’s strategic growth through business development initiatives

• CTA qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in a tax-focused role
• Proven experience managing a diverse client portfolio within an accountancy firm
• Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance and advisory services
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and commercial mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
• Experience in mentoring and supporting junior team members

• £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
