As a Trainee Client Liaison Coordinator, you will assist the Head of Client Liaison in managing client relationships. If you're ready to embark on a new challenge with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth, this is a fantastic opportunity for you!

Are you the right person for the job?

  • No experience necessary – full training provided!
  • A good general education, including GCSE English and Maths
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach
  • Ability to work with initiative, patience, and common sense
  • A cheerful attitude and an excellent sense of humour

What will your role look like?

  • Scheduling review and advice meetings for our clients
  • Communicating with insurance companies and fund providers to obtain up-to-date valuations
  • Liaising with clients via phone, email, post, and in person to answer queries, process new business, and support existing plans
  • Processing applications on our back-office system and provider platforms
  • Keeping our systems and client records accurate and up to date
  • Managing a diary system to ensure timely actions are taken
