Our success is through Our People!Working in partnership with the Deputy Principal for Curriculum and Quality, in this high-profile leadership role, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and results orientated individual looking to progress in their career in an impactful role.
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct the strategic development and implementation of the Quality Strategy
- Lead the Self-Assessment Report quality assurance and improvement processes
- Manage and embed quality assurance strategies for TLA
- Act as Quality Nominee for Ofsted inspections
- Monitor Learner performances across all curriculum areas
- Lead the adult provision and be accountable for associate funding and external relationship building
Your passion and enthusiasm will be underpinned by the experience, skills and understanding you bring including:
- Demonstrable success in leading on quality improvement cross college
- Experience of working with Ofsted inspection methodology as a nominee or working with other inspection regimes
- Strong track record working within the education sector at management level
- Excellent communication skills, drive and enthusiasm
- Extensive successful experience of curriculum development
It is essential that you have a PGCE or equivalent, a degree and relevant management/leadership experience, along with a CPD portfolio to evidence your up-to-date knowledge and skills.
