Working in partnership with the Deputy Principal for Curriculum and Quality, in this high-profile leadership role, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and results orientated individual looking to progress in their career in an impactful role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Direct the strategic development and implementation of the Quality Strategy
  • Lead the Self-Assessment Report quality assurance and improvement processes
  • Manage and embed quality assurance strategies for TLA
  • Act as Quality Nominee for Ofsted inspections
  • Monitor Learner performances across all curriculum areas
  • Lead the adult provision and be accountable for associate funding and external relationship building

Your passion and enthusiasm will be underpinned by the experience, skills and understanding you bring including:

  • Demonstrable success in leading on quality improvement cross college
  • Experience of working with Ofsted inspection methodology as a nominee or working with other inspection regimes
  • Strong track record working within the education sector at management level
  • Excellent communication skills, drive and enthusiasm
  • Extensive successful experience of curriculum development

It is essential that you have a PGCE or equivalent, a degree and relevant management/leadership experience, along with a CPD portfolio to evidence your up-to-date knowledge and skills.
