Strathmore College are recruiting for a College Principal. We are looking for an outstanding relationship builder, with the knowledge of how to inspire exceptional performance and maintain a positive and enthusiastic learning environment for pupils and colleagues alike. Leading and managing the development and implementation of the curriculum and education programmes through the process of continuous improvements and champion the Company’s ethos.

The successful candidate will have experience in supporting young people who may have autism, emotional behavioural difficulties, ADHD and associated complex needs along with the following characteristics:

Organisation - Organisation is key to ensure the safe management of both employees and resources as well as leading and directing staff through inspection processes.
