- Manage the timely and effective delivery of the curriculum, ensuring a high-quality provision is delivered.
- Overseeing of financial performance to ensure profitability by maximising contract performance.
- To ensure that quality assurance and improvement processes are in place and that a culture of continuous service improvement is embedded.
- Identify areas of improvement and drive change for success across the Education team.
- Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high-quality curriculum is developed.
- Maximise contract performance to ensure all contractual targets and obligations are met.
- Maintain knowledge on key policy developments in relation to teaching, learning and assessment.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships (internally and externally).
- Hold QTS or equivalent
- Must have experience of leading within an education setting.
- Must have experience of financial management and delivery against service level agreements.
- Experience of curriculum development.
