Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the successful candidate will:

  • Maintain all external certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949, AS 9100D, and GMP.
  • Host and support 2nd and 3rd party audits and inspections for all management systems.
  • Assist departmental managers in creating and maintaining process definitions and work instructions.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with management systems.
  • Manage non-conformities, ensuring their timely completion and closure.
  • Participate in management system and site-related meetings, including recording and reporting meeting minutes.
  • Perform KPI trend analysis and investigate customer complaints.
  • Collect and analyze site data, preparing reports to support internal decision-making.
  • Lead and coordinate internal investigations and problem-solving activities.
  • Work closely with departmental managers to ensure customer expectations and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to support the achievement of strategic goals.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the facility.

Ideal Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong administrative skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize workload with great attention to detail.
  • Internal or lead auditor training.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with management systems.
