As a One-to-One Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils to support their academic and social development. You will help manage challenging behaviours, promote positive behaviour, and provide tailored guidance to assist their growth on a social, emotional, and mental level.
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage challenging behaviours and promote positive behavioural changes
* Provide support for social, emotional, and mental development
