We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our client primary schools this coming term. As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process, working closely with teachers to ensure that every student receives the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering lessons and managing the classroom in the absence of the class teacher.
* Assisting in the planning and preparation of lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Providing targeted support to students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN) or those requiring additional help.
* Leading small group sessions and interventions to boost student progress.
* Collaborating with teachers and other support staff to assess and monitor student progress.
* Supporting with marking and assessment under the direction of the class teacher.
* Contributing to the creation of a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or similar role within a primary school setting.
* HLTA qualification or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum and experience in supporting teaching and learning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
* Supportive and friendly team to guide you through the recruitment process.
