Our client, an outsource managed services provider of IT support and recruitment, is looking for a leader to spearhead a new division. It has identified a huge need within its public and private sector client base for a Hire-Train-Deploy service. In essence, he role is to act as the conduit between their clients (mainly tech departments of their various clients) and training providers where your potential candidates are learning new IT based skills. In brief;

Client development and engagement

  • build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers/HR
  • develop understanding of their future hiring needs with regard to trainees

Cohort management

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding and ongoing support for new hires

Training providers

  • work with appropriate training providers to offer suitable and effective training to your candidates
  • tap into training providers to offer an oitsource solution to their students/trainees

Ideally you will already be working in the hire-train-deploy arena and have a track record of putting together effective programmes for your clients. You will be able to manage a range of clients, cohorts and training providers ensuring effective communications and great outcomes for all parties. A knowledge of technology disciplines would also be useful.
